My first pot roast!

So I attempted my very first pot roast today!  It turned out really well. 

There are about 11 million different pot roast recipes, but I loosely used the one from the Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book.  I saw loosely, as if I ever stick to a recipe. 

I'm going to add the recipe later in case you, like me, have no clue how to make easy peasy back home kind of meals.
